Siena Howie is a Junior at Desert Mountain High School with a love for creative writing. He’s been writing ever since he was young, doing everything from poetry to stories, and even songs. He publishes fanfiction on Archive of Our Own for fandoms such as Star Trek, Red Dwarf, and various musicals. He also is a verified Spotify artist who has uploaded music on many of the most popular listening platforms, all of which is originally written and composed. He writes his music based on feelings, but the plots of his original stories and fanfictions come from his wild imagination. Although his typical writing is fictional, he hopes to learn a new writing skill by joining the journalism club on how to write articles about real events and real people. A lot of his love of creative expression comes from Star Trek, his favorite franchise. Through all sorts of Star Trek related media such as books, shows, movies, and more, he’s learned many different ways to tell stories and he tries to implement that sense of creativity and whimsy in his writing. One job that he would consider for his future is a writer of scripts for films and video games, ideally ones that are centered around science fiction. He has also learned a lot about dramatic writing from his love of theater and he’s in the process of writing a musical based on The Picture of Dorian Gray with his friend Alessandra. He’s very excited to be a part of Wolfs Print this year and he looks forward to getting to write articles about the things that he loves.
